Uriage Xemose Syndet cleansing gel for face and body is intended for washing and bathing. It is used instead of soap, but, unlike it, the gel cleanses carefully and gently and does not dry out the skin. Can be used as part of a complex treatment for atopic dermatitis, including for children. Xemose Syndet washes away any impurities, cosmetics, fatty secretions, removes toxins, and cleanses pores.
