Sign up on our website or download our app to your smartphone and register. You will get a white level rewards card in your personal account.
At Gold Apple, online or in-store, spend the required amount within 12 months from the day of the card upgrade. If your total spend reaches 1,000 SAR/AED/QAR, your card will be upgraded to the lime level. For purchases over 4,000 SAR/AED/QAR, your level will become silver. With purchases of 10,000 SAR/AED/QAR or more, you will upgrade to the gold level.
Within 12 months, spend the necessary amount to confirm and maintain your current level. Otherwise, your level will be downgraded to the previous one.
- To maintain the lime level, the total spending amount should be between 1,000 and 3,999 SAR/AED/QAR.
- For the silver level, spend between 4,000 and 9,999 SAR/AED/QAR.
- Spending 10,000 SAR/AED/QAR will maintain your gold level.
Points can be redeemed when paying for purchases online or at the store up to 50% of a purchase amount. Earned points expire exactly one year after they are credited.
For online purchases, points are awarded after the order is delivered. When buying at our store — after making a purchase.
From lime level, you earn double points on your rewards card during the entire birthday month.
- Birthday month starts with the 1st day of the calendar month.
- Points will be credited to your account after receiving an online order or right after in-store purchase.
- Points can be used to pay up to 50% of your order amount.
- Points will expire 1 year after they were credited.

- Fill your cart with products.
- Enter the promo code you want to use at checkout or tap apply on the coupon in your cart to activate it.
- Or show your rewards card at checkout and provide the promo code to the cashier when you purchase in-store.
