Frederic Malle Eau de Parfum Portrait of a Lady 50 ml

I met Dominique in 1988 in Roure Bertrand. Even then, he already gave the impression of a free-thinking man. We trust each other so much that we sometimes dare to start working on a fragrance without a precise plan or goal, hoping that our research will lead to curious results. One such perfumery adventure led to the creation of Portrait of a Lady. Both of us can be called big fans of Geranium pour Monsieur fragrance. The chord underlying its fresh composition is very valuable for us, and therefore, going to create a modern amber perfume, we decided to use it. Thus, the future fragrance is based on benzoin, musk, sandalwood and patchouli. Portrait of a Lady is the result of an ambitious rethinking of the amber category of fragrances, based on a generous abundance of patchouli, which makes up a third of the fragrance, a chord of white musk, which makes the composition more feminine, and the exceptional essence of 400 Turkish rosebuds.
