Hearts Lip Liner is a wooden lip pencil designed to define the lip contour and help prevent lipstick from moving outside the lip line.
It can also be used alone to fill in the lips with color. The texture is described as easy to spread, with high pigmentation and long wear.
The pencil is made in Germany from wood that does not break or crack when sharpened.
The formula is gentle on the lips and does not cause peeling or dryness.
