Hero Mighty Patch® Surface is a jumbo-size acne patches designed to provide broader coverage than standard spot patches, making it ideal for larger breakout areas such as the cheeks, jawline, chest, back or neck. It uses 100 % medical-grade hydrocolloid technology to gently absorb pus and impurities from pimples, drawing fluid out to help visibly flatten and reduce the look of blemishes within a few hours.
Each rectangular patch features a tapered adhesive design that contours to the skin, helping it stay in place through sleep or daily activity while also providing a barrier that discourages picking, popping and touching. The patch turns opaque as it absorbs fluid, signalling when it’s time to replace it.

1. Clean and dry the affected area.
