1. Apply to damp or dry hair, focusing primarily on mid-lengths and ends. Avoid applying directly to the roots if you have fine/oily hair.
2. For a pre-shampoo treatment: Apply generously to dry hair, leave on for 20-30 minutes (or overnight), then shampoo as usual.
3. For daily care and styling: Use 1-3 drops, emulsify between palms, and gently smooth over hair to add shine, tame frizz, and protect from heat.
4. Use 1-3 times per week or as needed.
