1. Shake well before use.
2. Hold the bottle 10-15 cm from the skin and spray generously and evenly onto dry or damp skin.
3. For an even layer, gently spread the product with your hand.
4. Apply 15-30 minutes before sun exposure.
5. Reapply every 2 hours and immediately after swimming, toweling off, or heavy sweating.
6. Avoid spraying directly on the face; spray onto hands first, then apply to the face.
