After cleansing your face, thoroughly wet your nose. Remove the clear lining from the smooth side of the strip. Apply the strip across the bridge of your nose, pressing down firmly to ensure good contact with the skin. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes until the strip is dry. Gently peel off the strip starting from the edges, pulling toward the center. Rinse off any residue with water. Use 1-2 times a week for best results.
