Using a clean spoon, take out approximately 1 tablespoon and place in the palm of the hand. Gently massage onto the hands first to warm up the product and then very gently massage onto the arms, legs, stomach and back in circular motions. Once ready, use warm water (important) to turn the balm turn into a beautiful smooth milk, then rinse away with warm water using a clean cloth/washer to remove any residue.
This product has been formulated to be very dense and firm to touch, please store this jar of goodness in a cool, dry, dark position with the lid on firmly. Do not allow water or moisture to enter the contents of this jar, if water enters this product, it should be discarded.
